Dr. Martin Klatt is an Executive Scientist in Regulatory Affairs for Dispersions and Resins Europe at BASF SE, Germany. He holds a Ph.D. in Science from the University of Göttingen and has been with BASF since 1995, building extensive expertise in polymer research, product safety, and regulatory affairs. Dr. Klatt represents BASF in various European industry associations and has held several prominent leadership positions, including President of ALIPA and former President of the European Polymer Dispersion Association (EPDLA). He also serves on the boards of several industry organizations, contributing to regulatory policy, chemical safety, and sustainability initiatives across the polymer and chemical industries.

Dr. Aminian is a PhD Metallurgical Engineer and the President & Senior Consultant at FiMatCon, a metallurgical consulting company in Ottawa, Canada. With over 27 years of blended industrial and consulting experience globally, he is a recognized innovator who has developed breakthrough metal extraction processes protected by numerous patents. Dr. Aminian is also a committee member of the Materials Section of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum.

Prof. Magnus S. Magnusson, Ph.D., is an Emeritus Research Professor and founder of the Human Behavior Laboratory, University of Iceland. He developed the T-system, including T-pattern and THEMETM software for pattern detection. His interdisciplinary research spans biology, neuroscience, AI, nanoscience, and more, with collaborations across 40 universities. Former Deputy Director at the National Museum of Natural History, Paris, he has held visiting professorships at the University of Paris.

Dr. Nurten Sahan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Çukurova University, Türkiye. Her research focuses on experimental polymer science, with particular emphasis on polymer-based phase change materials (PCMs), microencapsulation technologies, thermotropic polymers, and sustainable thermal energy storage systems. She develops innovative polymer composites for energy-efficient applications, including solar energy systems and thermal management of space. Dr. Şahan has participated in several national and international research projects and is a Marie Curie Research Fellow at Northumbria University, where she is advancing next-generation PCM materials for thermal energy storage and renewable energy applications.

Dr. Melese Shiferaw Kebede is a researcher and lecturer at the Institute of Technology, University of Gondar, Ethiopia. He holds a PhD in Mechanical (Manufacturing) Engineering from Bahir Dar University, an MSc in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Gondar, and a BSc in Mechanical Design Engineering from Debre Markos University. His research focuses on advanced composite materials, manufacturing engineering, materials science, nanomaterials, additive manufacturing, and sustainable material technologies. He is particularly interested in recycling textile and fabric waste into lightweight, high-performance, and environmentally friendly composite materials for automotive, aerospace, and other engineering applications. His work also encompasses materials characterization, mechanical and thermal properties, and the development of innovative engineering solutions. Dr. Kebede has published research articles in international scientific journals and actively participates in national and international research conferences. He is committed to advancing sustainable materials research, promoting circular economy principles, and developing innovative technologies that address industrial and environmental challenges.
